Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Overseas Blueprint, we strive to provide high-quality educational resources and services. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Trackers, Guides)
Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, all sales of eBooks, PDF guides, templates, and trackers are final and non-refundable. Once the purchase is complete and the download link has been sent, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Services (IELTS Essay Correction & SOP Writing)
- Cancellations: You may cancel a service request within 2 hours of payment for a full refund, provided we have not yet started working on your document.
- Refunds: If we fail to deliver the corrected essay or SOP draft within the agreed turnaround time (e.g., 48-72 hours), you are eligible for a full refund.
- Quality Disputes: Refunds are not strictly granted based on “dissatisfaction” with the feedback provided, as our review is based on standard IELTS/academic criteria. However, we are happy to provide one round of clarification if you have questions about our feedback.
3. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Tools
We may recommend third-party tools (e.g., PTE Mock Tests). Purchases made on external websites through our affiliate links are subject to the refund policies of those specific third-party vendors. Overseas Blueprint is not responsible for refunds regarding external purchases.
4. Contact for Refunds
If you encounter a technical issue (e.g., file not downloading), please email us immediately at contact@overseasblueprint.com with your Order ID, and we will resolve the issue.
